After a lifetime working as an audio engineer, James Carter, 68, was devastated when he started losing his own hearing.
"It felt like a cruel joke," James recalls. "I spent my whole life perfecting sound for others – then suddenly, I couldn’t even hear my wife’s voice clearly."
James tried everything – expensive hearing aids, doctor visits, even experimental supplements. Nothing truly worked.
Then, he stumbled across a NASA-inspired therapy that uses red light to support natural hearing function, built into a small, comfortable earbud. Within weeks, his world changed.
"For the first time in years, I heard birds chirping outside my window. I cried tears of joy," James says.
